Cass Littler has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as a Cafe and Bar Worker at Red Mango, Havant Arts Centre in 2007. In 2008, they joined The Spring Arts and Heritage Centre as a Saturday Box Office Assistant, and later took on the role of Box Office Assistant and Programmer. During their time there, Cass was responsible for supervising the box office, organizing the cinema season, programming the ticket system, and managing any issues that arose. In 2013, Cass joined Portsmouth City Council as a Team Assistant, where they supported the hospital discharge team of social workers by maintaining client records and performing data cleansing. In 2015, Cass moved to the Stroke Association and worked as a Services and Contracts Lead Information Officer until 2017. From 2018 to 2021, they held the role of Data and Performance Development Manager at the Stroke Association, before transitioning to their current position as a Data Analyst.
Cass Littler's education history begins with their completion of GCSE at Admiral Lord Nelson School from 2001 to 2006. They then pursued A Levels in Psychology at Havant College, achieving them from 2006 to 2008. Afterward, they attended the University of Portsmouth from 2008 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Criminology and Forensic Studies. Following their undergraduate studies, Cass pursued a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Finally, in 2020 to 2021, Cass furthered their education by obtaining a Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
