Jessica James

Jessica James has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Jessica most recently held the position of Associate Director, People Practices at the Stroke Association, starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they served as Deputy Director, People and OD at the same organization from January 2016 to October 2020. Jessica also worked as a Head of HR Services at the Stroke Association from January 2015 to January 2016.

Before joining the Stroke Association, Jessica worked as an HR Advisor (Interim) at INVISTA from April 2014 to December 2014. Jessica pursued their MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Gloucestershire from October 2013 to April 2014.

From March 2009 to June 2013, Jessica worked as an HR Manager at G4S. Jessica also held the position of HR Manager at Midlands Arts Centre from an unspecified period in 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they engaged in self-employment freelance work as an HR Consultant from 2002 to 2006.
