Kylie R. S. currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (National CAPACD) since April 2024. Previously, Kylie held multiple roles at APIA Scholars, progressing from Development Manager to Director Of Development from October 2021 to December 2023. At The George Washington University, Kylie was both an IAFF 1001 First Year Experience Instructor and Diversity Program Manager in the Elliott School of International Affairs from November 2019 to December 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a DC Fellow with New Leaders Council, Assistant Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Multicultural Education at George Mason University, and Assistant Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Illinois Wesleyan University. Early in the career, Kylie worked as a Graduate Assistant at Appalachian State University and an Admissions Counselor at James Madison University. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master of Arts in College Student Development from Appalachian State University.
