Flavia Forster

Flavia Forster is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Stromma in Norway, where they lead a team dedicated to crafting sustainable sightseeing tours and dining experiences. They also serve as the owner of HAP, a consultancy focused on management and sustainability within the travel industry. Previously, Flavia held prominent roles such as Regional General Manager at KILROY for Nordic countries and played a key part in establishing KILROY Travels in the UK. Flavia’s journey includes diverse positions in sales, project management, and board memberships, alongside earning a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.
