Becca Owens

Becca Owens is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Research Assistant for the NIH-funded Chronic Renal Insufficiency Cohort Study at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine since April 2023. In addition, Becca holds the position of President at Strong City, where responsibilities include managing team logistics and overseeing annual grants and expenditures. As Vice President at Tulane University, Becca has been actively involved in guiding campus tours since June 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Server at Brechtel Hospitality from June 2022 to May 2023. Becca is pursuing a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health at Tulane University, expected to complete in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the same institution, set for completion in May 2024. Additional educational experiences include a study abroad program in Denmark from August to December 2022 and a high school diploma from Quince Orchard High School, graduated in June 2020.
