Rebecca Pham

Rebecca Pham is a seasoned Corporate Operations Manager currently at Strong Compute, a founding team member since January 2022. Prior to this, Rebecca held significant roles at Western Sydney University, managing operations for the Launch Pad programs and demonstrating success in securing over $2 million in funding and expanding incubator spaces. As a Program Manager, Rebecca launched Western Sydney's first technology startup accelerator, supporting over 80 startups and facilitating job creation. Additional experience includes a role as Community and Operations Manager at muru-D, where Rebecca directed a successful accelerator program, and as a Business Analyst at Telstra, where key business requirements were identified. Rebecca began their career as a founding startup operator in HR tech, following a comprehensive educational background from Macquarie University with dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Information Systems and Entrepreneurship, along with specialized training in Growth Marketing.
