Currently serving as Operations Manager at Strong Hold since September 2023, Jim previously held significant roles at HMI Glass, WHITESELL PRECISION COMPONENTS, and Qure Medical, focusing on revenue generation, compliance, and operational excellence. Jim's expertise includes managing health, safety, and environmental activities, as well as establishing key performance indicators to drive improvements across various departments. With a career that spans over two decades in leadership positions, including Director of Operations at O'Neal Manufacturing Services, Jim has consistently demonstrated a commitment to strategic growth and efficiency.
