Andrea Lapierre

Andrea LaPierre has a background in interior design/merchandising and business, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University. Andrea has worked in various roles within the mortgage industry, including Sr. Loan Processor at J.G. Wentworth/Freedom Mortgage, Processing Supervisor/Trainer at Freedom Mortgage, and currently serves as the Training & Development Manager at Strong Home Mortgage, LLC. Andrea is responsible for spearheading initiatives to drive internal growth, sales, training, and acquisition by implementing and coordinating metrics, as well as collaborating with different departments to streamline techniques for better efficiency and accuracy.
