Charlotte Turton serves as the Managing Director at STRONG ROOTS since April 2024. Previously, Charlotte held several roles at McCain Foods, including Vice President of Strategic Business Development and Strategic Business Development Lead, where responsibilities included cross-functional strategy development and commercialization of brand market routes. As Customer Development Controller in McCain Foodservice GB, Charlotte led a team focused on growth for National Foodservice brands. Prior experience includes Senior Marketing Controller at McCain Foods, and Marketing Controller roles at Findus Group and Young's Seafood Ltd. Charlotte's educational background includes a BA Hons in Business Studies from Grimsby College of Technology & Arts and advanced training from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School.
