Dan Purtell

Dan Purtell currently serves as the Head of Americas Channel at StrongDM, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dan was the Director of Channels East at Mimecast from January 2021 to October 2023 and held various positions at ForeScout Technologies Inc., including Director of Public Sector Channels, from June 2016 to January 2021. At Brocade, Dan worked as the National Partner Manager for Federal Distribution from October 2014 to May 2016, responsible for managing revenue with federal distribution partners. Dan's extensive experience in channel management began at immixGroup, where duties included leading partner programs and achieving sales goals over a nearly nine-year tenure. Earlier, Dan held positions at DLT Solutions, leading the Autodesk Solutions Division, and began a career in sales within the same division. Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clemson University in 1997.
