Laura S. Mahoney has been General Counsel at strongDM since May 2022. Laura has extensive experience in the SaaS industry, negotiating a broad range of technology agreements and handling general corporate governance, commercial, and litigation matters. Laura is highly communicative and exceptional at managing relationships.

Previously, they were General Counsel at RiskLens from March 2018 to May 2022, where they oversaw the legal operation for RiskLens and its international and domestic subsidiaries, compliance and governance functions, and partnered with the executive team on growth strategy.

From September 2016 to March 2018, they were General Counsel at Milestone Communications.

Before that, they were a Law Clerk and Contracts Manager at Brookfield Renewable Energy Group from August 2014 to August 2016.

And prior to that, they were Corporate Paralegal and Contracts Manager at Carbonite from May 2011 to August 2014.

Laura S. Mahoney received their Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, their Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University, and their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
