Misty Millsap

Misty Millsap is an experienced professional in loan administration, currently serving as SVP of Loan Administration at Gradient Mortgage Capital since March 2025. Previously, Misty held the position of SVP - Director of Loan Administration at Stronghill Capital from October 2018 to October 2024. Misty's career began at Bank OZK, where from October 2008 to 2018, the role of Training Officer was undertaken, which included the establishment of a new hire checklist and the implementation of policies and procedures for the lending staff, in addition to training new hires and mentoring personnel. Education was completed at Arkansas Tech University.
