Thomas Marvin

Thomas Marvin is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial real estate and credit management. Currently serving as Chief Credit Officer at Stronghill Capital since June 2021, Thomas directs all credit approvals for the company's commercial real estate origination platform. Previously, Thomas held roles including Director of Credit at Silver Hill Funding, where leadership of a team of underwriters was key for national wholesale operations, and Owner/Broker of Tremont Properties, LLC, which focused on brokerage services across various property types. Additional experience includes senior leadership positions in asset management at Bayview Asset Management and Citi Mortgage, Inc. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northeastern University and additional credentials from the CCIM Institute.
