Matt Usdin

Matt Usdin has extensive work experience in the legal field. Matt is currently working as the General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development at Stronghold Digital Mining since September 2021. Prior to this role, Usdin worked at Vinson & Elkins as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets from November 2018 to October 2021. Matt also served as an Associate in Business and Commercial Transactions at Jones Walker LLP from September 2016 to October 2018, and as an Associate at Baker Donelson from September 2015 to September 2016. Usdin obtained their J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2015. Before attending law school, they worked at Mubadala Development Company in Legal and Compliance from August 2011 to May 2012. Usdin also gained experience as a Litigation Assistant at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from July 2010 to August 2011.

Matt Usdin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Colgate University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Matt then pursued further education at The University of Texas School of Law, graduating with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Corporate Law in the period from 2012 to 2015.
