Shahpur Ahmad Amerkhail has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in the construction and engineering industry. Shahpur Ahmad is currently serving as a Project Manager at Stronghold Engineering, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western from 2021 to 2022. Shahpur Ahmad then pursued further studies at Preston University from 2004 to 2005, earning an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Project Management.

Afterwards, Shahpur enrolled at Kabul Polytechnic University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Water Resource & Environmental Engineering.

Additionally, Shahpur Amerkhail acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In February 2019, they became Procore Certified as an Engineer and as a Project Manager in Project Management through Procore Technologies. Shahpur Ahmad also obtained a certification in Cured In Place Piping (CIPP) from the National Association of Sewer Services Companies in July 2019.
