Brad Simon is the Founder/Principal of Strongpoint Partners, where Brad powers small and medium-sized businesses with service and technology innovation in retirement and payroll solutions. Brad is also the President of HowardSimon Inc., and the Founder, Managing Member of Encompass Human Capital. With experience as the SVP of Operations at Clarity Payment Solutions and Senior Vice President of Operations at TSYS Prepaid, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge in the business and technology sectors. Brad holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a BS in Computer Science from Tulane University.
