Rebecca Lynn, SHRM-CP

Rebecca Lynn, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Their most recent role was as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Strongpoint Partners, where they oversaw the organization's recruitment function and designed and executed the recruiting process. Rebecca also focused on building and maintaining a candidate pipeline with a focus on diversity. Prior to that, Rebecca worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Empath Health and as a Recruiting Leader at the University of Central Florida. Rebecca has also held roles in recruiting and leadership at the University of Tampa and Eastern Illinois University. Overall, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment process improvement, and collaboration with key stakeholders to meet talent needs.

Rebecca Lynn, SHRM-CP, completed their education at Eastern Illinois University. Rebecca obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree from 2014 to 2016 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from 2010 to 2014.
