Gintarė Kazlauskaitė

Gintarė Kazlauskaitė has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and positions. Gintarė started their career at Elva Baltic in 2006 as a Consultant and Project Manager, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined StrongPoint, initially as a Senior Consultant and later became the Head of ERP Department. During their tenure at StrongPoint, they managed the Development Department within the Baltics, overseeing a team of 45 employees and 8 direct reports. In their role as the Head of Digital Retail Solutions, they were responsible for the development, implementation, and strategic development of business and retail management solutions, processes, and technology. Gintarė also played a crucial role in product management strategy and service quality assurance. Gintarė Kazlauskaitė's most recent position at StrongPoint was as the Head of Digital Retail Solutions, which they started in July 2021.

Gintarė Kazlauskaitė is currently pursuing their education at ISM University of Management and Economics, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilniaus universitetas (Vilnius University).
