Oddbjørn Skauge

Oddbjørn Skauge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Oddbjørn is currently working as the Group Chief Information Officer at StrongPoint since December 2020, where they oversee responsibilities including CISO, security solutions, ERP, CRM, Salesforce, infrastructure, monitoring, IAM, PAM, GDPR, network, SD WAN, strategy, compliance, change management, purchase, project program, and supplier management.

Prior to this, Oddbjørn worked as a Project Manager and Head of PMO at ITverket AS from April 2019 to November 2020.

Oddbjørn also served as a Project Manager at Schibsted Media Group from December 2016 to March 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from March 2016 to November 2016.

Oddbjørn's previous experience includes roles such as Senior Consultant at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE from March 2015 to March 2016, Senior System Consultant/Project Leader at Norconsult Informasjonssystemer AS from June 2014 to February 2015, and Project Leader and Product Owner at Holte AS, where they worked from April 2012 to June 2014 on projects like the webtool called Independent Control (Uavhengig Kontroll).

Oddbjørn pursued their education at NITH, where they studied programming from August 2009 to June 2012, gaining knowledge in Java, Android, C++, Agile methods, math, and physics.

Additionally, Oddbjørn served as the Project Leader of a bachelor thesis at KONGSBERG from January 2012 to May 2012, leading a team of 6 students in developing a 3D simulation sandbox in C++ with frameworks like QT.

Oddbjørn also worked as a Programmer at Accenture from January 2011 to April 2011.

Oddbjørn Skauge obtained a Bachelor's degree in Programming from The Norwegian School of Information Technology from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Almennfaglig Videregående education at Nesbru from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including ITPP from Metier in July 2016, Risk Management and Scrum Master Skills from Pluralsight in September 2015, PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from Holte Consulting as in March 2014, and PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate from Holte Consulting as in February 2014.
