Ernst Rosenberger

Ernst Rosenberger is a retired judge and lawyer currently serving at the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department since November 2023. With an extensive legal career, Rosenberger has been an attorney at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP since March 2004. From April 1972 to February 2004, Rosenberger held various judicial roles within the New York State Courts, including Criminal Court Judge, Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, and Associate Justice of the Appellate Division. Educational credentials include a LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law, a J.D. from New York Law School, and a B.A. in Sociology from The City College of New York.
