Jennifer Zelenke Merrill, MBA, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communication at Stroud Water Research Center, focusing on strategic marketing and communications to enhance the organization's revenue and awareness. With a robust background that includes roles such as Director of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Delaware, where management encompassed the largest OLLI program in the nation, and various leadership positions within the College of Earth, Ocean and Environment, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in program management, strategic partnership development, and fundraising. Previous experience includes founding board member and president of the Friends of Duck Creek Regional Library and senior program officer at the National Academies. Jennifer holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Delaware, a PhD in Marine and Estuarine Environmental Science from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Environmental and Forest Biology from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
