Beth Greenland

Beth Greenland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and organizational development. As a Founding Partner at Coach Approach Partners since April 2018, and an Associate at Cultivating Leadership since 2014, Beth has played a significant role in fostering leadership growth. Beth has also served as a Faculty Member and Cohort Co-Director at the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University since 2012. Additionally, Beth's background includes ownership of Greenland & Associates since 1982, along with consulting roles at Montgomery County Government and the Maryland Center for Quality and Productivity. Educational achievements include a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University and a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
