Cari Caldwell (she/her)

Cari Caldwell is a seasoned facilitator, coach, and author with extensive experience across various organizations focused on leadership development and systemic solutions. As a current facilitator and coach for both Embodying Racial Justice and the Embodied Equity Project, and as the author of "Collective Birth: Creating and Healing Healthy Human Systems," Cari advocates for sustainable and equitable practices. Co-founding The Systems Collective and serving as a teacher at the Strozzi Institute, Cari emphasizes holistic leadership grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. Additional roles include CEO of Cari Caldwell Consulting, directing initiatives at Future Considerations, and co-producing Birthwise Childbirth Education. Educational background includes degrees from Northwestern University, along with extensive coursework in intercultural communication and somatics.
