With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northwestern University, Steve has extensive experience in sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and managing commercial real estate joint ventures and direct investments, as well as equity raising, acquisitions, dispositions, investment strategy, and structured finance across various real estate sectors.
