Sue H.

Sue H. has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent role as the Chief Administrative Officer and Founder of Terminal Lance Tactical, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Food Safety at Strube Celery & Vegetable from 2007 onwards. Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Individual Advocacy Group from 2003 to 2007. Sue H. began their career at Maryville Academy in 1990, where they held the position of Assistant Program Director for over a decade.

Sue H. has a strong educational background with degrees and certifications in various fields. Sue completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Work/Sociology from Loras College in 1990. Sue then went on to pursue further education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they obtained their Masters of Human Resources Management degree between 1999 and 2002. Later, in 2011 and 2012, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sue H. has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received certifications in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Certification and Advanced HACCP-Verification, Validation and Auditing HAACP Systems from The International HACCP Alliance. A year later, in 2015, they became a certified Notary Public through the State of Illinois, Jesse White-Secretary of State. In 2016, they obtained certifications in FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food (twice) from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance, and also completed the Private Fleet Safety and Compliance Training from Idealease.
