Amira Polack has a wealth of experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Amira began their career as Co-Founder & CEO of Ubomi Beads in 2011. In 2012, they became a Social Enterprise Fellow at Hybrid Social Solutions, Inc. (HSSi). From 2013 to 2015, they worked at SAP in Global Corporate Affairs, where they held the roles of Head of Global Youth Campaign and Corporate Social Responsibility Associate. From 2015 to 2018, they were Director of Customer Success at Kespry Inc., where they managed customer relationships and oversaw 40x user growth. In 2019, they joined The Women in Fitness Association as a Board of Directors. Most recently, they founded Struct Club in 2018 and serves as its CEO.

Amira Polack completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained Certificates in African Studies & Spanish from The Princeton School of Public & International Affairs at Princeton University between 2008 and 2012. Amira also attended the WWS Study Abroad Program at University of Cape Town in 2011. Amira Polack's educational background began at Flintridge Preparatory School.
