John Gelavis

John Gelavis (MAICD) currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Structerre Consulting, a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with a focus on innovative and sustainable services. Gelavis has extensive experience in leadership roles, including significant positions on the boards of MATES in Construction WA, MyLeave – Construction Long Service WA, and ReddiFund, all aimed at improving outcomes in the construction industry. Prior to these roles, Gelavis was the Executive Director for the Master Builders Association of Western Australia and the Housing Industry Association, as well as serving as Business Manager for Laminex Australia. Gelavis holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Western Australia.
