Saara Virani

Saara Virani, JD is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Structura Biotechnology, overseeing business strategy, operations, BD, marketing, sales, licensing, and recruitment for the company. Prior to this, Saara worked as a Student at Law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where she assisted on litigation and commercial matters for clients in various industries. Saara also has experience as a Summer Law Student at both Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, where she conducted legal research and analysis on civil, criminal, family law, and administrative matters. Saara holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, as well as a Honours Bachelor of Science (B.Sc., Hons.) from the University of Waterloo.
