Joani Kooiker

Joani Kooiker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting. Currently serving as Corporate Controller and Treasurer at Structural Concepts Corporation since May 2023, Joani has previously held key financial leadership roles including Director of Finance at UV Angel and Corporate Controller at Novo Building Products. With a foundation built at GHSP and JSJ Corporation, Joani also brings significant expertise from a lengthy tenure at Meijer, where roles included Manager of Financial Planning Reporting and Senior Internal Auditor. Joani's career commenced at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor. Joani holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Decision Sciences from Miami University.
