Ryan Bish

Ryan Bish is a seasoned professional in the modular and manufactured housing industry, currently serving as Founding Partner and General Manager at Structural Modular Innovations LLC since January 2023. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at Champion Home Builders, Inc. as General Manager from August 2005 to October 2021, and various leadership roles at New Era Building Systems, where roles encompassed General Manager, Director of Sales, and Regional Sales Manager between 1994 and 2005. Ryan Bish also began a career at Strattan Homes as a Production Associate and Supervisor from 1986 to 1993, and started as a Production Associate at North American Housing Corp. in 1985. Ryan Bish holds a Certificate of Recognition for successful completion of a Leadership Development Program from UMUC / Center for Creative Leadership. Education was completed at Redbank Valley High School.
