Kanak Singh

Vice President, Program Management at Structure Therapeutics

Kanak Singh has had an extensive and varied work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Beginning in 1996, Kanak worked as a Senior Associate Scientist at Pfizer/Parke-Davis until 2001. Following this, Kanak transitioned to IVAX/Teva, where they held the position of Manager, Project Management/Business Development from 2003 to 2006. Kanak then joined Cerexa Inc, a subsidiary of Allergan/Actavis, where they served as Associate Director, Project Management from 2007 to 2014. Moving on, Kanak worked at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. as Director, Project Management from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, Kanak worked at FibroGen, Inc. as Senior Director Program Management from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Kanak holds the position of Vice President, Program Management at Structure Therapeutics, starting in September 2021.

Kanak Singh holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Prior to that, Kanak obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree from North Carolina State University. In addition to their education, Kanak also holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) from PMI - San Francisco Bay Area Chapter and Regulatory Affairs (RAC) from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
