Lori Marcus

Operations Manager at Structures

Lori joined Structures to direct and oversee various aspects of their growing operations and to support and maintain the highest level of integrity through creating and implementing turnkey solutions for the company’s numerous programs. Her role is critical to supporting both internal and external partnerships and clients.

Prior to joining Structures, she built a nineteen-year career in the Financial Services Industry. Most recently has been with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. for over nine years as the Executive Director of the Northeast Region where she was part of a management team responsible for the growth of the business with over $2 Billion in Assets Under Management. Her key role was in the development and streamlining of processes around Recruiting, Hiring, Lead Transition Coordinator, Training and Managing Financial Advisors, Traders, Sales Support, and Staff for the regional branch offices. Her role also included various aspects of Human Resources, Payroll, Sales Management, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.

Lori attended Ithaca College from the Fall of 1994 thru May 1997, where she obtained her B.S. in Applied Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration, all while working for the Alumni Association and Volunteering at the local Hospital. Her passion for Animal Welfare and Rescue is exemplified through her ongoing Volunteer work with the Non-Profit local organization Angels Among them as well as a Supportive Team Member of Autism Speaks to raise awareness and support for those families affected by this diagnosis.
