Sofie Nyboe Jepsen

Sofie Nyboe Jepsen is currently serving as Kontorelev i offentlig administration at Struer Kommune since September 2023. Previously, Sofie held the position of Administrativ kontorassistent at Politiets administrative center from January to August 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Markedsføringspraktikant at Odendo in early 2022 and various positions in the service industry, such as Tjener at Dyrbys Cafe and Kaffeladen, and Værtinde at Bowl'n'Fun. Sofie began their career as a Servicemedarbejder at Kvickly in 2014. Educational qualifications include a degree in Markedsføringsøkonom from Erhvervsakademi MidtVest (2020-2022) and an International kultur diploma from Holstebro Handelsgymnasium (2015-2018). Sofie's academic journey began at Ellebæk skole and continued through several institutions, culminating in their current professional pursuits.
