Janis Steinfort is a Partner and Principal at Struktur Management Partner GmbH since May 2017, leading the Analytics Lab and focusing on value-oriented performance and transformation management for the German Mittelstand. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager, Manager, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, specializing in turnaround and growth management. Additionally, Janis serves as a lecturer in Corporate Performance & Restructuring at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since 2021. Prior roles include positions in Equity Capital Markets at Bankhaus Lampe KG and Credit Suisse, as well as an internship at KORSCH America Inc. Janis holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Cologne and a Master of Science in Corporate Performance & Restructuring from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
