Charlotte Boutz-Connell has over 15 years of experience in the marketing and communications industry. Charlotte began their career in 2003 as an Account Coordinator at WhiteRunkle and Associates. In 2005, they moved to Rusty George Creative as an Integrated Brand Strategist and Account Manager. In 2010, they joined Hornall Anderson as an Integrated Brand Strategist and Account Manager. In 2012, they became a Sr. Account Planner at Magner Sanborn. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, they worked as the Director of Client Experience at Strum. During their time at Strum, their roles included business development, account planning, relationship growth, data analytics, lifestyle segmentation, personas, content strategies, brand culture training development and facilitation, team training, mentorship and ongoing cohesion, strategic marketing and communications, naming, brand development, advertising, and transformational change management. Her industry focus was billion dollar financial institutions nationwide.

Charlotte Boutz-Connell received their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College in 2001. Charlotte then went on to Eastern Washington University in 2002, where they completed the MBA Foundation Course Series and earned a Certificate in 2003.
