Thomas Struijke

Thomas Struijke is currently a Techniek Trainee at NS, starting in September 2023. With a diverse background, Thomas has held various roles including Aankomend monteur at Struyk Verwo Infra since September 2016 and completed an Afstudeerstage focusing on fuel consumption of machinery at A.Hak from January to August 2023. Previous experiences include project internships in warehouse management at Marel Poultry, a DMAIC project at Smink Group, process optimization at FruitMasters, and process engineering at SACHEM, Inc. Thomas began a career in horticulture and retail, working as a hovenier at Flora Nova BV and a shelf replenisher at Coop Supermarkten. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Technische Bedrijfskunde from Avans 's-Hertogenbosch, as well as additional qualifications in process technology and continuous improvement.
