Rozálie Šmausová

Rozálie Šmausová has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rozálie started their career as an intern and production assistant at Národní filmový archiv in 2017. Rozálie later worked as an account executive at Ogilvy Czech in 2019 and as an ambassador at citizenM hotels from December 2019 to March 2020. In 2020, they served as a bistro manager at Ještěd spol. s r.o. The following year, from January to July 2021, they worked as an office manager at Storyous, where they also took on the role of people operations from July 2021 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of People and Culture Manager at STRV, starting in April 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in managing workplace operations, executing events, and setting up policies and processes for scalability.
