Cecilia Nennefors has extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) management and strategic development. Currently, they serve as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Stryda (Ex-G-Loot), where they oversee the People and Culture team and is responsible for all aspects of HR. Cecilia Nennefors has a diverse education history. Cecilia first attended Linköping University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Work Science Psychology. Cecilia then continued their studies at the same university from 2007 to 2010, earning an equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

In 2007, they also enrolled at Linköping University for a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development, completing it in 2009.
