Cecilia Nennefors

Cecilia Nennefors has extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) management and strategic development. Currently, they serve as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Stryda (Ex-G-Loot), where they oversee the People and Culture team and is responsible for all aspects of HR. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Important Looking Pirates VFX, where they managed a team of six employees and provided HR consulting and support to the organization's stakeholders. Cecilia also held the role of Nordic HR Manager at SodaStream International, Ltd., where they played a key role in developing and implementing HR programs and policies in the Nordic region. Additionally, Cecilia has worked as a Global Human Resources Manager at Betsson Group, an HR Manager at Addici, and as a Human Resources Graduate at Vestas. Cecilia has also gained experience in various HR roles at other organizations such as LiU Store, Toyota Material Handling Europe, and Antenn Consulting. Throughout their career, Cecilia has demonstrated expertise in personnel management, HR consulting, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and labor law.

Cecilia Nennefors has a diverse education history. Cecilia first attended Linköping University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Work Science Psychology. Cecilia then continued their studies at the same university from 2007 to 2010, earning an equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

In 2007, they also enrolled at Linköping University for a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development, completing it in 2009. Additionally, in 2008, they pursued MBA classes at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business as part of their Master of Business Administration program.
