Allen Bailey

Allen Bailey has extensive experience in operations and business management, currently serving as Senior Manager Business Operations Lead at Stryker since May 1999. In previous roles at Stryker, Allen has held positions including Business Process Owner for Kitting & VAS, Associate Operations Manager, Operations Senior Team Leader, Distribution Team Lead, and Coordinator. Before joining Stryker, Allen served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps from December 1994 to December 1998.
