Amy Madgwick-Janes

Amy Madgwick-Janes is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resources management. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stryker since September 2022, Amy focuses on sourcing and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. Previously, Amy worked at PSI CRO AG as a Senior Recruiter for the EMEA region, where responsibilities included sourcing clinical research experts and training new hires. The career began at Amey as an HR Administrator and continued at Allen Associates, where Amy managed the HR and PA/Administration division, overseeing recruitment for various HR positions. Amy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Brighton and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from Avado.
