Benoit Julien is currently the Chief Engineer of Advanced Technology at Stryker, a position held since 2024, following a role as Senior Principal Engineer. Previously, Benoit served as the Director of Research and Development at Flex from 2015 to 2019 and co-founded Maetta Sciences Inc., where they worked as Vice President of R&D from 2003 to 2015. Benoit was also a Research Associate at École Polytechnique de Montréal from 1997 to 2003, contributing to over 250 industry-driven projects and teaching advanced material engineering classes.
