Bindu Madhavi Mantena

Bindu Madhavi Mantena is a seasoned project manager currently serving as Divisional PMO - Site Lead at Stryker since September 2022, with previous experience as a Focus Factory Manager and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Acuity from October 2019 to August 2022. Bindu's expertise includes optimizing processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency, having led initiatives resulting in significant improvements in manufacturing settings at companies such as Caterpillar Inc. and NTN Bower Corporation. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from GITAM Deemed University.
