Catalina Randby

Catalina Randby is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Commercial Marketing at Stryker since January 2025. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager at Inari Medical from July 2020 to January 2025, and Senior Product Manager at Sonendo®, Inc. from June 2017 to June 2020. Catalina's career began at MicroVention-Terumo and Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group), where roles included Associate Product Manager and Marketing Specialist, respectively. An earlier position as Administrative Assistant at ev3 Neurovascular laid the groundwork for a successful career in marketing. Catalina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Cal State Fullerton, earned between 2010 and 2012.
