Denise Clancy

Denise Clancy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Element Six since July 2022, Denise previously held the position of People & Culture Operations Manager at TAL Australia from November 2018 to March 2022, overseeing a team within Australia’s leading life insurer. Earlier experience includes five years as a Human Resource Manager at Dunnes Stores, one of Ireland's largest retail chains, where Denise managed HR functions across multiple locations. Additionally, Denise began a career in customer service as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative at East Clare Golf Holiday Village from February 2009 to November 2014. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Galway, as well as a Diploma in Gaeilge, both completed between 2010 and 2013.
