Kristen Platt

Kristen (Ingram) Platt currently serves as the Manager and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Kristen held positions at Mindbody as a People & Culture Business Partner from September 2021 to July 2023, and at FRONTGATE as an HR Business Partner from October 2019 to September 2021. Kristen's experience includes strategic partnerships with senior leaders at HSN as a Sr. People and Organization Partner and extensive support for Customer Care organizations at Cornerstone Brands Inc. in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner, Business Partner Specialist, and Recruiter/Generalist. Kristen's career began with internships in Human Resources at The Children's Home of Cincinnati and University of Cincinnati. Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of Cincinnati.
