Edward Hojnacki

Edward Hojnacki is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Director and previously as Sr. Engineering Manager for Advanced Operations at Stryker since September 2022, Edward has a strong background that includes a role as Design Engineering Manager at Boeing from March 2019 to September 2022, and as M&P Engineering Manager in Boeing Research & Technology for a brief period in late 2018. Edward's career in Boeing began in January 2012, where contributions were made as an M&P Engineer focusing on advanced manufacturing in defense, space, and security. Edward holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BS in Physics from Hillsdale College. Additionally, Edward has a certificate in Additive Manufacturing for Innovative Design and Production from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
