Hayley Taylor

Hayley Taylor is a seasoned professional in clinical operations and research with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Clinical Operations at Stryker since January 2015, Hayley has held various roles including Staff Clinical Study Manager and Sr Clinical Research Associate, contributing to the successful launch of market-leading products and significant revenue growth. Prior positions include Laboratory Technician at Applied Biotechnology Institute, where molecular procedures were optimized for vaccine trials, and Student Research Associate at California Polytechnic State University, where new statistical methodologies were developed. Hayley holds a Master of Science in Statistical Applications for the Analysis of Proteomic Research and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology, complemented by leadership and teaching experience.
