Josh Gaffey

Josh Gaffey currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Technology Services at Stryker, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Gaffey spent over 17 years at Pfizer, where notable positions included Vice President of Consumer Digital Platforms & Enterprise Architecture, leading the development of PfizerForAll, and Vice President of Digital Health & Medicine, responsible for the strategy and integration of a significant digital health acquisition. Earlier in the career, Gaffey worked as Senior Director, Payer, Pharmacy, and MarTech Products & Solutions, successfully launching customer-facing digital products that improved patient outcomes. Gaffey began the career at Microsoft as a Senior Consultant, providing strategic technology solutions for Fortune 100 companies, and also gained experience as a Consultant at Greystone Solutions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
