Katie Ward

Katie Ward is a Senior Staff Engineer in Advanced Operations at Stryker, where they focus on manufacturing transfer technical leadership. Previously, they served in various engineering and quality roles at companies including Alcon and Boston Scientific, gaining expertise in process validation, quality assurance, and product development. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Science in Food Microbiology from University College Cork, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Management from Queen's University Belfast. Their earlier experience includes working as a New Product Development Scientist at MR Food Innovation Ltd. and a QC Lab Technician at Coffey Water Ltd.
