Kristen Dodge

Kristen Dodge has extensive experience in finance and training, currently serving as Director of Global Finance Training & Development at Stryker since November 2002. In this role, Kristen has developed live training programs and a virtual training platform for finance staff worldwide, as well as designed internship and entry-level rotational programs to attract finance talent. Previous positions at Stryker include Senior Manager in the same department, Corporate Accounting Manager, and Supervisor of Financial Planning & Analysis, focusing on worldwide budget consolidation. Earlier in Kristen's career, positions were held as Tax Accountant II/Senior Tax Accountant, concentrating on US tax compliance and accounting for income taxes. Kristen began professional training at Yeo & Yeo PC as an Accountant/Senior Accountant. Kristen holds a BBA in Accounting and Slavic Studies from Western Michigan University.
